What's Going On - Week of 3/2/17

7PM - Karuna Yoga is holding Yoga Reset Thursday.

7:30PM - Wasteland studios is hosting a Ladies Performance Team practice.

5PM - Head to Shakti Yoga for yoga with live sitar.

7PM - Join in a Rainbow Skate at Canalside to show your support for the LGBTQ+ community.

3/4 - Saturday

8:30AM - Lululemon is holding a complementary yoga flow and inversion class with Joanne of Fit2BWell.

9AM - Fleet Feet Sports is giving back to the community with their Gives Back program, matching 10% of of the charitable contributions that the runner takes in. Contact them for more info.

9AM - Rising Sun Yoga is running a 4-week intro to yoga course.

 9:30AM - UB College of Sports Medicine is hosting a Reebok strength workshop, geared toward instructors who want to teach motivating, effective, and efficient workouts. 

11AM - Impact Fitness Systems in Hamburg is hosting an Open House.

12PM - If you haven't registered yet, make sure to sign up for the Shamrock Run!

12PM - The William St YMCA is holding an indoor triathalon.

3:30PM - Bring your furry friend for an intro to dog agility class at Southtowns Dog Training Club.

5PM - Check out an acroyoga class at Build A Machine Fitness.

6PM - Celebrate Carnivale with GoPole Fitness at their Twerk In Heels class.

7PM - Join Evolation at their new studio on Rhode Island Street for an Ecstatic Dance Journey.

7:30PM - If you're in the North Towns, you can TwerkOut at F.I.T. Method North Tonawanda instead.

10PM - Learn a new style of Salsa dance at Salsa Rueda at Epic Restaurant.

9AM - Help raise funds for Roswell Park at Pura Vida's Power Ride.

10:30Am - Bring your little minions to Garage Fitness Studio for March Minion Madness Acro with Joanne of Fit2BWell.

6PM - Join Jada Blitz's newest instructor for 20/20/20 - sweat through 20 minutes of legs and cardio, 20 minutes of upper body weight training, and 20 minutes of core strengthening.
